Our Tae Kwon Do program is designed to be a support system for your child’s character development.
A curriculum aimed to instill the 5 Tenents of Tae Kwon Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitability while creating an environment for fun and enjoyment.
As well, as teaching the necessary fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do including Striking (Punching/Kicking), Blocking, and Movement.
Our Teen and Adult classes use the Tae Kwon Do strengths of quick movement, flexibility, variety of leg strikes, and speed to teach a different style of kickboxing.
As well, this system uses the Martial Art journey to instill qualities of good character through adveristy.
Black Belts utilize their traditional Tae Kwon Do foundation in a TKD Kickboxing Hybrid of Martial Arts.
Also, Black Belts are expected to learn leadership by teaching classes at the studio. This process teaches Black Belts qualities important to leadership including patience, understanding, assertiveness, confidence, and compassion.
Our morning fitness class aims to give the students better control of their bodies and create a healthier lifestyle.
Using bodyweight exercises we focus on improving balance, physical coordination, stamina, strength, and body awareness.
Our private lessons offer great flexibility and ability for the student to enhance any part of their Martial Art skill or aspect of their physical fitness.
Lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour and can be scheduled on the weekdays when there aren’t group classes occurring.
